First, find out which of two things happened: the person was never sent the campaign, or it was sent and their mail provider filed it somewhere.
Open the campaign's page and look for their address in the recipients table. It has one row for each person the campaign went to. See Campaign statistics.
They are not in the recipients table
The campaign was never sent to them. Common reasons:
- Their status is not Subscribed. Campaigns only go to subscribed contacts. Open the contact in Contacts and check their status: unsubscribed, bounced and complained contacts are never emailed. See Contact statuses.
- They are not in the audience. They were not on the list, or did not match the segment, when the campaign sent. A scheduled campaign goes to whoever is in the audience at its send time, not when you scheduled it.
- They have not confirmed yet. On a double opt-in list, only people who clicked the confirmation link receive campaigns. See Double opt-in.
- They joined after it was sent. People who subscribe later don't receive campaigns that have already gone out.
- The address is a placeholder. SendBeam never sends to addresses at example.com, example.net or example.org, to reserved test domains such as .test, or to the postmaster@ and abuse@ mailboxes.
They are in the table
Look at the row's status:
- Bounced or failed: their mail server refused the message, and the reason is shown. A hard bounce means the address can't receive mail, so it is blocked from future sends. See Suppressions.
- Delivered: their mail server accepted it. Ask them to check Spam, Junk and Gmail's Promotions tab, and to add your from address to their contacts. If several people say this, read My emails are going to spam or junk.
